Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Coldmail.ai, operated by Cold Stack Innovation LLC, WY 82001 USA (“Coldmail,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing the site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Service” – Provision and management of Google Workspace inboxes, associated domain/DNS setup, and customer dashboard.
  • “User” – Any individual or entity using the Service.
  • “Subscription” – The monthly plan governing quantity and price of inboxes.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind any entity you represent.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Fees, Billing, and Taxes

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
  • Prices are published on https://coldmail.ai/#pricing and may change with 30 days’ notice.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes (GST/VAT, etc.).
  • All payments are non-refundable. See Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime in the dashboard. Service and billing continue until the end of the paid period; no partial refunds.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Send unlawful, defamatory, or spam content;
  2. Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other anti-spam laws;
  3. Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
  4. Use the Service for phishing, malware, or other malicious activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and content remain the property of Coldmail or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for internal business purposes.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information and use it solely for fulfilling this agreement.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coldmail is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid by you during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Coldmail harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, yarn regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
