Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coldmail.ai is a service of Cold Stack Innovation LLC, WY 82001 USA (“Coldmail,” “we,” “our,” “us”). This policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

1. No Refunds

All fees are final and non-refundable.
Payments remain non-refundable even if:

• You cancel your subscription before the end of a billing cycle;
• You stop using the inboxes or fail to complete onboarding;
• Downstream email providers (e.g., Google Workspace) later restrict, suspend, or terminate an inbox.

Why? We incur direct, non-reversible costs (licensing, infrastructure, compliance) as soon as an order is placed.

2. Subscription Cancellation

• Self-service: You may cancel any active subscription at any time from the Coldmail dashboard.
• Effective date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the prepaid billing period; service continues until that date.
• No prorated credit: We do not issue partial refunds, credits, or account balances for unused time.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If a refund is required by a law that overrides this policy (e.g., certain consumer-protection statutes), we will comply with the minimum amount mandated.

4. Chargebacks

Attempting a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting evidence of service delivery.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this policy at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when revisions are published. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
